How to Post a Job on Liepin

• Chat Points: You have 6 points per day to contact job seekers. Since opening a “chat” with a candidate costs 2 points, you can contact three job seekers daily. 
• Resume Views: You’re limited to 20 views per day. 

However, there’s a catch. The free account doesn’t let you post “hot recruitment positions” – roles that are highly sought after due to strong market demand. If Liepin identifies your job as one of these super-competitive roles, you’ll need to upgrade to a VIP account to post it.

For about $40 per month, you get: 

• 20 online job postings each month 
• 3 hot recruitment positions, perfect for highly competitive roles

Enterprise VIP (Starting at 990 Chinese yuan/month) 

This is where things get more complex. Liepin’s enterprise packages start at 990 yuan/month ($136), but you pay annually. The base package costs 11,880 yuan/year. 

The base package includes two login accounts. These are designed to be managed independently by different HR team members within your company, which is ideal if you have multiple recruiters working on different roles. 

Each Account Includes: 

• 30 simultaneous nationwide job postings (Including hot recruitment positions)  
• 100 chat points per day 
• 30 super chats per month (This is basically a “priority messaging” system)
